We get it—life in 2026 is busy. You want to support FARA NZ and the fight against FA, but committing to a month-long fitness challenge feels like a lot to juggle.
Enter: The One-Day Flex.
If you can’t give us a month, can you give us a day? We are inviting everyone to join us for a massive community moment on May 1st. The 3-Step "One-Day Flex" Plan:
Step 1: Sign up at https://nz.lendussomemuscle.com/lend-us-some-muscle-2026/.
Step 2: On May 1st, do one "Flex" (a bicep curl, a walk around the block, or your favorite yoga pose) and take a photo.
Step 3: Post it to social media, tag 5 friends, and ask them to donate $10 to your page.
It’s low pressure, high impact, and purely about community. Every dollar raised goes directly to funding the scientific research needed to treat and cure Friedreich Ataxia.
